She just doesn't want to draw attention to herself rn after mass emailing out an "apology" to everyone whom she wasn't able to fulfill orders/refunds for basically saying she can't give ppl their money back.

[Update] For ppl who are worried about her health, Punziella is still active on private SM. I won't post her handle or FB, but if you follow any of her close artist friends, you'll find her current status. She's just choosing to stay quiet and avoidant about what she's done.
