Riverine Cyanotypes.
Exposed the long linear #cyanotypes for one hour in the late afternoon sunshine yesterday, exactly a week after they were made by a diverse collection of people during @RiverDonProject workshops @SheffMuseums @art_inspires @MelMLacey (more pics on Instagram
Vegetation from a walk this morning along a very familiar section of the River Loxley, a tributary of the River Don. These will be used tomorrow evening at @RiverDonProject workshop where we will be exploring ideas of ‘river’, ‘catchment’ & the rights of nature.
If you are booked into this Live Late ‘Craft of Science’ event at the Millennium Galleries (Sheffield), feel free to bring your own collected objects (natural/artificial) from your familiar place within the River Don catchment, to contribute to the project.
