Tesco aren't giving you a 30-70% discount if you have a clubcard, they would go bankrupt.
They are ripping off people who don't have a clubcard, and it should be illegal.

Things go wrong. It’s ok we are all human. The way it is dealt with affects brand image, customer loyalty and future sales. Accept mistakes, apologise, promise to investigate and review procedures, apologise again and fix it.
Still no apology. Actually eventually he hung up. To be fair replacement arrived fast. Delivery driver is a delight and should get employee of the month. (He was also blamed at some point for delivering wrong pizza until I pointed out the label@on the box was correct.
Still no apology. Pointed this out. Still no apology. None was forthcoming at any point. Asked how long replacement would be. Told they were busy. Told he couldn’t say. Said hopefully this was the only complaint they had received tonight and should be treated as a priority.
I pointed out he hadn’t apologised… I should add that he didn’t offer to replace it either until I strongly requested a replacement for what I had paid for. Grudgingly I was told I could have a replacement but only if I returned the original one.
So I said it was too small and the double pepperoni side had no pepperoni. He said yes it does and it has just shrunk, it happens sometimes. And repeated that the pepperoni was there. I checked it wasn’t.
