We are Catholic Community Connection, an organization of Catholic sponsored ministries that fosters collaboration to meet the needs of the Diocese of Cleveland.
This Memorial Day, we honor the courage and sacrifice of those who gave their lives in service to our country. May their memory live on through our prayers, our gratitude, and our commitment to peace.
This Mother's Day, we lift up all mothers in prayer—those with us, those remembered, and those reunited with the Lord. 💐✝️
May their love continue to bring comfort and peace.
The Holy Spirit unites people and vocations in freedom, so that no one may live only for themselves any longer. Each Sunday calls us out of the “tomb” of isolation and seclusion, so that we may meet in the garden of communion where the Risen One watches over us. https://t.co/eeCd8ye3nE
Every day The Rock invites listeners to pray for a priest in Northeast Ohio. Today, let us pray for Bishop Michael Woost. Join us in fulfilling our call to pray fervently for our spiritual fathers. #Catholic#Cleveland#prayforpriests#AM1260#AM930#FM1003
I renew my invitation for everyone to join me for the Prayer Vigil for Peace, which we will celebrate in St. Peter’s Basilica on Saturday, April 11, at 6:00 PM Rome time. #PrayTogether#Peace
This Easter, we celebrate the hope and new life found in the resurrection of Jesus. As a community, we are reminded that through faith, love, and service, we reflect His light in the world.
The #GospelOfTheDay (Mt 4:1-11) invites us to view Lent as a luminous path. Through prayer, fasting and almsgiving, we can renew our cooperation with the Lord, so He can craft our lives as unique masterpieces.
May #OurLadyOfLourdes, whom we celebrate today, accompany you with a mother’s care, intercede for you before God, and obtain graces to sustain you on your journey. We entrust to her all those who are ill, whom we remember with particular affection on this World Day of the Sick. #PrayTogether
All Saints Cemetery is a place of enduring beauty and deep spiritual significance. With its thoughtfully designed grounds and variety of burial options, it serves families from all walks of life seeking a meaningful and respectful final resting place.
“Now, Master, you may let your servant go
in peace, according to your word,
for my eyes have seen your salvation,
which you prepared in the sight of all the peoples:
a light for revelation to the Gentiles,
and glory for your people Israel.”
Luke 2:22-40
We are all lives on a journey, to whom God continues to inspire His dreams through prophets of yesterday and of today, to free humanity from ancient and new forms of slavery, involving young and old, poor and rich, men and women, saints and sinners in the works of His mercy and in the wonders of His justice. The Lord makes no noise, yet His Kingdom sprouts and grows in every corner of the world.
Exciting news at @SOCFcleveland! Philanthropic operations have restarted following a brief strategic pause, with a focus on addressing the social drivers of health by supporting the needs of residents primarily in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood: https://t.co/m3l2xQ21wy
The Jubilee reminds us that we can start anew, indeed, that we are still at the beginning and that the Lord wants his presence to grow among us as God-with-us. Thus, dear brothers and sisters, it is wonderful to become pilgrims of hope. It is wonderful for us to continue to be pilgrims together! The faithfulness of God continues to amaze us.
As we step into 2026, we place our trust in God’s loving plan. Hope you have a blessed and Happy New Year! From all of us at Catholic Community Connection ❤️
