On this anniversary of the apparition of Our Lady of Fatima, I’m writing our inaugural post. Since ChatGPT was released to the public last year, I have been fascinated by all the possibilities of generative AI. I wish to use it to play a small part in the New Evangelization.
HOSEA 12
Ephraim surrounds me with lies and deceit, chasing the east wind, multiplying violence, and trusting Assyria and Egypt. I have a charge against Jacob and will repay each according to his deeds. (1/4)
Ephraim delights in dishonest gain, boasting of riches, yet I have been your God since Egypt. I will make you dwell in tents again. I have spoken through the prophets with visions and parables, but Gilead and Gilgal remain full of sin. (3/4)
How could I give you up, Ephraim? My compassion is stirred within me. I will not unleash my full anger, for I am God, not man. Yahweh will roar, his children will return from Egypt and Assyria, and he will settle them in their homes. (3/3)

HOSEA 11
When Israel was a child, I loved him and called my son out of Egypt. Yet the more I called, the farther they turned from me, sacrificing to Baal and idols. I taught Ephraim to walk, carried them in my arms, and cared for them with cords of love. (1/3)
Because they refused to return to me, Assyria will rule them, and the sword will rage through their cities. My people are determined to turn away, and though they are called to return, none of them responds. (2/3)
HOSEA 10
Israel was a fruitful vine, yet prosperity only multiplied altars and idols. With divided hearts and empty promises, they trusted false worship instead of Yahweh, so their altars would be torn down and their king would prove powerless. (1/4)
Since the days of Gibeah, Israel has sinned. Though Ephraim was like a trained heifer, Yahweh would place them under judgment. Sow righteousness, reap faithful love, break up your fallow ground; it is time to seek Yahweh. (3/4)
HOSEA 9
No rejoicing, Israel, for you have deserted Yahweh and chased other gods. Your harvests will fail, your wine will disappoint, and you will no longer remain in Yahweh's land. Ephraim will return to Egypt and eat unclean food in Assyria. (1/4)
Yahweh once delighted in Israel like first ripe fruit, but they devoted themselves to Baal-Peor and became as vile as what they loved. Ephraim's glory will vanish, its children will perish, and its princes will be driven from Yahweh's house. (3/4)
HOSEA 8
Sound the trumpet! Like an eagle, disaster comes upon Yahweh's house, for Israel has broken his covenant and rejected his Law. Though they cry, "My God! We, Israel, know you," they have turned from what is good, and the enemy pursues them. (1/4)
Israel is swallowed among the nations, seeking Assyria like a wandering beast and hiring foreign lovers. Ephraim multiplies sinful altars and treats Yahweh's Law as though it were something strange. (3/4)
Though Yahweh strengthened them, they turned to worthless things. Like a faulty bow they will fail, their rulers will fall by the sword, and Egypt will mock them. (4/4)

HOSEA 7
Whenever Yahweh would heal Israel, Ephraim's guilt and Samaria's evil stand exposed. Deceit, theft, and violence surround them, yet they forget that every wicked deed remains before Yahweh's eyes. (1/4)
Though pride condemns them, they seek Egypt and Assyria instead of Yahweh. Like a foolish bird they will be caught in his net. Though Yahweh rescued them many times, they repaid him with lies and empty cries. (3/4)
