@currys Bought this yesterday and it is awful, terrible screen and microphone, took it back to the shop and was told as it wasn’t faulty I couldn’t exchange. Now have a useless brand new laptop that’s unusable, need to buy a microphone and webcam.Disappointed
@AcerUK_Official bought this laptop yesterday from Curry’s had to take it back as the camera is poor and sound is awful. They wouldn’t take it back so now to use a new laptop I have to buy a webcam and a new microphone just to use it ! My old 10 year Mac is better quality!
@Bullring Worst car park management we’ve ever experienced. Trapped in complete gridlock for 30+ minutes with zero movement or traffic control. Totally unacceptable and a serious management failure. Immediate action needed.
@chloemay18x@Bullring There is traffic getting stuck leaving the car park and a very badly organised car park. When you get to floor 3 it does move we are out now !

@sendmybag unacceptable treatment! You’re trying to charge me for “wrong-sized” boxes AFTER delivery, despite me providing proof that they were the correct size before shipping. The only reason they changed shape is because THEY WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT – by you.
@bmstores Maybe it was a mistake but her attitude before during and after was dispicable.
I work part time for a number of mystery shopping companies, so I have been inany stores and have never had anyone like this before. I have attached a screenshot to show that I was correct
