The purpose should be for Ss to see their growth and progress. It is important for Ss to correct and learn from mistakes and for Ts to have time for reteaching of concepts that they are finding difficult. Grades can help set a better pace for individual learning.

A2: I always suggest things like reading a book together, playing a fun board game, and sharing during a family meal. My team also gives out weekly extension ideas that often include choices like going for a "5 senses" walk, cooking together, or writing a letter.

A5 . I love the idea of letting Ss lead learning and I want to try having all kinder Ss teach one activity a day at the beginning of the year that they like to do for "center time"...building block towers, origami, drawing a mermaid etc. whatever they are good at. #lvchat
