The evidence is out there for anyone to see. Private healthcare is a drag on public care and worsens outcomes for the majority. True across the world.

The argument that "Y has private care" is specious. In Y private care still makes them less effective.

A more analytic sounding account praises private healthcare options.
I post saying that the problem is that isn’t evidence based - (functional countries with private options have VERY strong guardrails - not what is planned here! …and no place has actually trialled actually resourcing public healthcare rather replenishing resources only if they creat profit)

(I’m going to say that “Wrong” is not really a reply that has any substance, citations, or thoughtful analysis.)

I’m on call but have some data I’ll get to in a bit, around this topic.
