@CazooUK Very quick to notify me that my 90 day warranty has come to an end on a car that has sat on my driveway unable to be driven since the 8th July. Shame you are not that quick to respond to urgent customers emails/calls. Time to take legal action.

Appalled by the service we have received from @CazooUK A search on Twitter shows we are not the only ones. New car on our driveway that we cannot tax, no one taking responsibility and after numerous calls all I hear is “someone will call you back” but they never do 😡 AVOID!
Nothing infuriates me more than receiving an email with the greeting “Dear Sirs” not only is it old fashion & out of touch with modern day business, it’s incredibly sexist presuming a female couldn’t possibly do this job. Why focus on gender at all when It has zero relevance 😤
Holiday naps hit differently. Me and James went for our usual post beach/pool day/pre dinner nap at 5pm and have just woken at 1.50am missing the whole evening 😳🙈
