As we celebrate our country’s independence, we also want to thank every single person who has stood beside our rescue over the last five years.

Tomorrow is our 5-year anniversary, and because of your support we’ve been able to save more than 300 dogs, cats, horses, pigs, chickens, ducks, and other animals who had nowhere else to go. Together, we’ve built this sanctuary from raw land and given so many animals the second chance they deserved.

Today, while many families are celebrating, we’ll be making sure every animal here feels safe and secure through the fireworks. Please remember to keep your own pets safely indoors, make sure they’re wearing ID tags, and double-check your gates and fences.

As we head into our anniversary tomorrow, we’re asking for one more push.

We still need to raise $2,000 to reach this week’s goal. We also still need:
🐾 10 bags of dog food
🐾 Dog treats
🐾 2 livestock fans to help our animals through the Texas heat
