@ScotRail hi I’m trying to make first class reservations on the 1441 Edinburgh to Perth service . I telephoned twice to customer service. The first operator said she had made the reservation, and would send an email which didn’t arrive. No case number.

@HM_Passport is it normal for it to take 72 hours between confirmed delivery of old passport and notification of receipt?
Update says passport received 1235 on 6 feb . It was signed for at1135 on 03 feb

@HM_Passport applied online from Netherlands sent passport by courier which was signed for on Tuesday
Progress page reached via link from email says page will be updated 2 working days after receiving document.
We are now three days after and no update .

South Shields chasing up my non credited contributions 2007-2022 .assistant found and uploaded after 14 months(visible in 72 hrs).When I look at my record now, it seems to show full years for 22-23 and23-24 which I haven’t paid yet. Hugely confused

Still waiting for my contributions to be credited. The money left my account over a year ago. After many calls to the future pensions centre I have been assured it will happen soon: within 48 hours two months ago. I am beginning to lose faith.
