@LloydsBank please sort your phone lines out so that people can get through to you!! I spent 1 hour in the queue. Its disgraceful. My son is in New York and you have stopped his card. He can't get through to anyone to sort it!!
@LloydsBank my son is in New York, stranded as his card has a stop pit on it. He has spend ยฃ60 in the queue trying to talk to someone to sort it out. Please help. He is only 19
@GabbygalEvs@virginmedia I've reported it to @Ofcom as I had 2 x separate advisors put the phone down on me, after I declined the discount and said I wanted to cancel.
@virginmedia That'd be wonderful if it worked. I tried all the options and been trying since the 31st January. I'm still getting replies from a bot on your text service since Monday. I've had the call terminated twice by your agents after I stated I'd like to cancel. I've written a letter
@Aerionanne@babymable@virginmedia Did you manage to cancel your broadband subscriptions? @MoneyTelegraph lots of us are having great problems with trying to cancel. Our calls are disconnected at the mere mention of cancel, if we 'lucky' enough to get through
@virginmedia It was a complaint about customer services and inability to get through to them (to cancel services). I didn't ask in my complaint for my service to be cancelled, as I understand its a different dept. My complaint has been disregarded
@virginmedia Already made a formal complaint yesterday, I was then told to call the customer service line๐ Seem to be in a bit of a catch 22 situation here
@Aerionanne@babymable@virginmedia I would advise everyone to lodge a complaint on the ofcom website, I don't think they will intervine in individual cases but if enough people are complaining then the issue as a whole will be investigated. Virgin need to be held accountable
