With all the controversy now with tipping in the USA, while I am not against tipping, I do have a question about it. Why is the amount of the tip based on the amount of the bill? In other words why should the tip be higher for a $100 steak as compared to a $15 hamburger. The server did not provide any more service for the steak as compared to the hamburger. And why would a hard working excellent server get a much lower tip in an inexpensive restaurant than a so so server in an expensive restaurant? It seems to me the more fair way would be to calculate tips based on the number of people being served at the table. The more people the more time and work the server would need to be compensated for. Just wondering.
President Trump isn't allowed to restore our fountains and monuments, or build stunning structures showcasing American craftsmanship, engineering, and architectural excellence. Apparently, government spending is only acceptable when it's funding drag queens, the Taliban, Somalian pirates, and the pockets of Ukrainian oligarchs.
Leftists are utterly convinced of their intellectual and moral superiority as they fall for all the same bs that led to more than one hundred million deaths last century.
@UziCryptoo it’s not a lie. There’s 1000 more factors that go into it. In the United States, the cost of supplies to run the business is astronomical compared to Denmark there’s many more factors
🚨 so let me get this straight..
a bill requiring proof of citizenship to vote has 80% public support..
it passed the House..
it was structured to bypass the 60-vote filibuster by attaching to reconciliation..
and it still died 48-50..
because four Republicans voted with every single Democrat..
Thom Tillis.. Lisa Murkowski.. Mitch McConnell.. Susan Collins..
and here's what nobody wants to say out loud..
this is the third time..
same four names.. same 48-50 margin.. same result.. different date..
you don't get identical defectors across three separate votes by accident..
you get it when the outcome is the plan..
a bill with 80% public support cannot pass a Republican-controlled Senate because the same four Republicans kill it on schedule.. every time.. while telling their voters they support election security..
the uniparty isn't a conspiracy theory anymore..
it's a voting record.
I'll keep you updated. Turn on notifications. 🚨
when people say California is a cesspool they don’t mean literally. Although parts of it are like you said. It’s the political cesspool and corruption that’s the problem. They lie to you and tell you that seven dollars a gallon gas is needed for some stupid reason. Oh that we’re protecting farmlands, etc. it’s ridiculous and people just fall for it and keep voting blue. enjoy having half the money of the rest of the people in the country
