@clogabgab @ammyfex @Sadmethod The woman that trained me made more than any other electrician/lineman at the company. She was the lead trainer and was called in when a job gave unforeseen issues. Women in the field I work in have just as much opportunity for pay as a man if they are willing to do the work.
