With technology evolving daily, we must find ways to keep up and continue to educate ourselves. We didn’t have the same exposure to technology in the classroom as present day, but we can use platforms like Twitter to share ideas, collaborate, and find inspiration! #EME5050SUM25
I wanted to share this cute infographic I found! Technology is heavily used in the classroom and students might not know about the dangers of the internet. This is a good way to teach students how to be safe while online. #EME5050SUM25
I will be incorporating this into my classroom! This website has thousands of videos that allow students to learn at their own pace. This allows you to easily differentiate instruction, and students can create their own content! #EME5050SUM25
@erinswan2040 This is very well said! As much as this future generation interacts with technology daily, we must teach students ways to use technology in beneficial ways, as well as make them aware of the harmful aspects of the Internet. #EME5050SUM25

If I were teaching a middle or high school class, I could create a class Instagram. This would allow me to let students vote on things we do in the classroom, and provide updates on class work and activities. #fsu2040
@eme2040 I think one topic that needs to be heavily focused on is digital footprints. Students need to understand that everything they post online is permanent. This is important to talk about in a classroom to hopefully help prevent bullying. #fsu2040
This is a link to a conference that I attend with my grandma every year! It’s held in yearly in Captiva Island/Clearwater/Sanibel Island. It’s about 4 days long, and is a professional development conference.

@ajpodchaski Hello, my name is Catherine.
A2: Technology is only as good as the people that develop the systems. So, developers can transfer their bias to machines. Technology is not a neutral tool because it can contain bias. #edtechchat
