我经常会使用德扑来举例一场牌局下来决定输赢的是最关键的几手牌如何决策，放在事业和生活上也是一样，一个好决策最大的威力来自于长期复利。其实决定我们命运走向的，就是来自于那关键几次的重要决策。

一、选择来深发展
一个人一生的三大重要决策就是选择什么样的城市发展、找什么样的老婆/老公、从事什么行业，我们每个人都曾至少有一次选择权，但如果在这三件事儿上选错代价也是极其昂贵的。我从上大学到创业一直是在三线城市，对三线资源的匮乏深有感触，那么资源匮乏会引发什么问题？就是更大的激发了人性的恶、嫉妒心，我不好，你也不能好，你好了，我是见不得你好的。

这些年身边发生过太多类似的事情了，这种事情对个人的发展带来了极大的消耗。但这是我们无法避开的，环境真的会决定绝大部分人的选择和命运，在一线城市这种情况会好很多，因为大家都在忙着成长、搞钱，没那么多精力关心与自己无关的事情，这也是我比较喜欢的氛围。

我观察到了一个现象，三四线赶上过去20年房地产红利的人沉浸在资产增值的喜悦中，但他们如果看到一线一套房就能买三四线一栋楼的话，估计就不会那么开心了。大家都在用同一种货币，但别人家印钞机面值更大，速度更快，虽然账面资产都增值了，但他们被严重剥削了却并不自知。

对web3这个行业来说，香港的开放更加强了深圳在一线城市中的竞争力，因为深圳的生活成本只有香港的三分之一，且只有一桥之隔，从地理位置看，无疑是超一线城市中最优选。孙子兵法说到道天地将法，做事情要讲究天时地利人和，如果地利上有劣势，在其他维度上要有非常大的优势才能弥补，甚至根本无法弥补。

一线城市就像一个大漏斗，不断淘汰生存不下来的人，这就是城市给个人带来的红利。比如web3创业，一个团队最重要的竞争力就是人才密度，这个行业是在三四线打着灯笼都找不到同行的，你说你咋进步呢？人才漏斗几乎是没有，完全是从0开始，最终大家又都在同一市场竞争，除了成本低点以外，没有任何竞争力，但真正的成本是要计算边际成本而不是账面成本。

二、积累影响力杠杆
影响力也是一个大漏斗，一线城市这个漏斗已经把人筛了一遍，再通过影响力杠杆的加持，会更大概率吸引到一些同频的朋友。影响力杠杆最重要的特点就是使用它是无需经过他人许可，无论劳动力杠杆、资本杠杆都是需要他人许可的。我虽然才做了不久，但已经开始尝到持续输出带来的好处，积累的朋友、资源的体量都会比以前扩大很多倍，且这也符合长期复利效益。

以前每和一个人认识，都要一步步相互了解，时间成本很高，但如果持续输出内容，就会主动让别人更加了解自己的观点和在做的事情，大大增加了别人主动链接资源的可能性。可以想象一下，如果在一个行业内，有几千上万人认识你，基本上想要任何资源都比较容易。最近的行情很多人都选择躺平，反而我觉得这是积累影响力的好时候。

前两天有说过当前的撸毛市场，属于所有人都在重复造轮子阶段，一年后绝大部分人都是工作室，投研、技术、人力、资金基建样样齐全，那么当市场轮子足够多时，什么样的人才能使用这些轮子，其实就是有影响力的人。工作室闯关升级之路遇到的下一个怪物需要的条件就是要具备影响力、资源整合能力，这样才可以撬动更多的资源来完成这一关的升级。

三、合规、资管与基金
随着团队和业务的不断升级，合规的重要性逐渐凸显，同时也需要一个更高天花板的商业模式来承载。今年以来一直在探索合规与基金的方向，目前比较适合头部工作室向上升级的是香港私募基金或维京BVI牌照，这也是目前性价比最高的一种升级方式。

之前我也有做过一个预测，最终凡是跑出来的团队，基本上都必然要走资管这条路。因为凡是能做大的，一定不可能只做撸毛这一个赛道，会不断升级更多的业务模型，同时也不可能永远只用自有资金，一定会承接外部的LP投资，那么来承接这些资金的前提就是升级商业模式、并且要合规。如果有对这方面感兴趣的朋友也可以私信我，多多交流，少走弯路。
