@Jacqui83940465 You can speak to someone, but they cant seem to find anything on the system and you cant speak to the Complaints review team directly... and you spend over two hours just trying to for them to contact them and request a call back

@agodaindia i m reiteratating my issue wd ur booking @oyorooms that I paid but online booking id wasn't available at the hotel. I paid again for an offline stay but d room was last n only left out which was unsafe so I left that hotel. I used another @agoda booking for same date

I recently spent two nights at Holiday Inn in Bangalore with a friend of mine. We made the booking via @agoda. The property listing on @agodaindia claimed that the room we booked had an attached bathtub, a balcony, and that the hotel had a steam room/sauna.
