Hi Ginny @adsliaison, we found another example of the system interpreting a brand query as non-brand in LSAs. Could you please look into this?

When searching for the brand "Bay Area Air Conditioning" from Crystal River, FL, and New Port Richey, FL, LSAs should not be showing.

This example was so fascinating. This business ranked well on Google for "furnace repair" but was nowhere in Google's organic results for "furnace repair + [city name]" 😱.

The fix that @ColanNielsen talks about which made them start ranking was ridiculously simple ⬇️
