8/8 … and the keys, without which the car is not operable, are surely more important than the comfort of electric seat positioning. So to anyone who’s considering buying from @Cadillac ? Think hard. Really, really hard.
@Cadillac 1/8 Good morning, Cadillac. I’m here to do a couple of things: 1) ask why my malfunctioning key fob isn’t covered by my warranty, since it’s clearly a vital piece of equipment and I obviously can’t drive my car without it; and 2) ask why it cost me $800 to replace it.
7/8 … and $800 is obviously cheaper than buying a new car when my current one’s paid off. That isn’t the point. The point is that I shouldn’t have been paying for the key fobs AT ALL. If the electric seats had suddenly stopped working, you’d have fixed that under the warranty …
