It’s often the little things that make the biggest difference, and today, the team noticed something we could fix for a local charity.

For people accessing housing or homelessness support, the journey can be tough enough without clear direction, and especially so when things change.

So we offered to update @TheGatewayWarr’s signage to be clearer and friendlier for those seeking assistance. Hearing “they look fab!” was well worth our design time and thanks to MinuteMan Press Warrington for the same day print job and personal delivery straight to reception!

Professional signage isn’t just about looking good—it’s about showing people they’re welcome, valued, and supported from the moment they walk through your door.

We’re looking forward to diving into our second session with @WHAorguk after a highly productive discovery & ideation workshop as they embark on a website redesign.

In our first session, we explored audience personas, mapped out critical features, created a wireframe wishlist, and reviewed analytical tools to shape a strategy grounded in real user needs.

Too often, organisations embark on a redesign simply because it feels overdue or in response to competitors. But without first understanding who your users are, how they’re engaging and what’s not working for them, it’s easy to miss the mark, and waste precious time and money on nothing more than a vanity project.
