@RobertMSterling As an employer, these are the reasons why I end up hiring H1Bs

1. I do NOT even receive that many applicants for my job openings. < 5% I receive do not even make the cut multiple rounds of interviews.

2. If an H1B doesn't work out, I can simply ask the agency to swap him out.

This happened back in November — A US military pilot captured this video at 39,000 feet.

As you can see, there are multiple lights moving in unison, and you can hear the pilot say "That is some weird s—. That is something flying.”

What is it? Can anyone explain what’s being seen? Could it be life from another planet or universe?
