WILD SPECULATION Something I did not consider in my latest video is that while wowhead speculates that bloodsurge is an arms talent, there is nothing confirming this and bloodsurge was a fury talent in wotlk. cold steel hot blood is a bleed. bloodsurge could be great for fury too
