I had my kids make analogies of R&J characters with everyday items - food, perfume, plants, fishing lures, foreign governments, etc. - describing the character traits that the item represented. I couldn't be more proud of not only the result I got, but also the energy they gave!

I just spent at least 20 minutes emailing back and forth with a student who wanted to finish the paper we started before shut down. She didn't have to put so much effort into it, but she did. It is a great essay! #ILOVEMYSTUDENTS
