My known traveler number is 151026235. I am traveling from Grand Cayman to Charlotte on American airlines today. Unfortunately the TSA pre check is not appearing on the boarding pass. My global entry approval was recent. Is this the reason?

This is day 4 post TAVR. No dizziness. Should I be concerned? The P wave has been broad even prior to the procedure- and is largely responsible for the longish PR interval. Holter/ Telemetry are fine
