@Jeet__Bains please can we review the new cycle lanes that have been implemented in residential roads in Addiscombe? It’s crazy - they have been placed in no entry roads which makes no sense and risks collisions with motorists and pedestrians

@Croydon_Council which team thought it was a safe and good idea to sign this off??Directing cyclists down the opposite direction on a ONE WAY street? This is an accident waiting to happen - whether head on collision or a cyclist pummelling into a pedestrian! One way is one way.

@coopuk lower Addiscombe Road seriously needs to improve your customer service! Staff more interested in stocking up - piles of rubbish and packaging on the floor. Asked for a carrier bag and she couldn’t even bring it to me on the self service, left it on the cigarette counter!

@coopuk please train your staff on customer service, in particular how to help visually impaired customers! This morning in your Addiscombe store, needing help on an item, he advised your staff member he can’t see properly, they just walked off. Disgusting!

@coopuk Hi Daniel, as mentioned in my post it’s the Addiscombe store CR07AF. Sadly, if my dad had his full sight he would be able to see whether your staff had a name badge. It seemed like he was more bothered about stacking shelves than helping someone in genuine need of assistance.
