@PMDiegoGranados I love the 80-20 rule; 80% build, and 20% maintain.

How you do that depends on your team; make 1 in 5 tickets a Maintain one, or spend a day a week on it, or 1 person in 5 working on it solidly each sprint. Either way, bake it into your process. Accept it. Normalise it.

@PMDiegoGranados Assume it’s going to exist, and plan for it as part of your software development. You’ll always need to work fast and flexibly to try things, or release quickly; nobody can build great things without it. The trick IMHO is embracing it, and building time in to address it.
