Just had probably what was my most heartbreaking moment as a father.

My 5 year old wanted to dust my moms urn and was crying when she was doing it. I asked what was wrong?

She said “I just want to feel close to her, I’m named after her after all and I never even got to meet her. Why would god not let me even see her once?” She said all this through tears pouring down her face.

And man, my 30 year old heart still feels like a 19 year old boy realizing his mom is gone forever. These kids deserved to meet her, she was a blessing to everyone around her and my children mirror her spirit in every way.

My 5 year old just asked a ton of the same questions grown me asked when I couldn’t understand why my mom was dead.

Im just heartbroken for my kids this Mother’s Day and missing my mom way more than I ever thought I would even though she’s been gone for 10 years.

Sorry for the diary dump, just knew her absence would hurt them at some point or another and it really hurt to see the pain in my kids face this morning.

i have a 165 hz 1440p monitor but only sit around 80-100 fps anyways so if i was to get a 100hz 1440p it would make no difference to me
