$68k on the day trading $NQ
I lost $383,000 over five years before I ever had a day like this
Not one bad month
Five years of being wrong and everyone thinking I was crazy
Every trader you look up to stood where you are standing and wanted to quit
The only difference is they didn't
No matter how hard trading feels right now DO NOT GIVE UP
What if I told you 99% of your trading problems would be solved by learning order flow
You wouldn't switch strategies every time you lose if you knew you were trading the same one institutions use
You wouldn't force trades if you could spot a real one
You wouldn't freeze mid trade wondering if you should hold or get out if you could see whether your trade is being defended or dying
You wouldn't need five concepts to agree before you click if you watched the orders that actually move price
And you'd stop overthinking analysis, because every concept you've ever studied is trying to answer one question. Who's in control right now.
Order flow just answers it.
The most powerful thing you can do is to get good at embarrassing yourself
So many people cheat themselves of their dreams because they are afraid of what other people think
Once you don’t care…
You become unstoppable.
It’s just as important to size up when the odds are in your favor as it is to size down when they’re not.
Do not mistake fear for discipline.
It’s risk management, not risk avoidance.

Trading lies making you unprofitable:
"Trading is 90% psychology"
"Risk 1% on every trade"
"2R Minimum TP"
"Never add to a position"
"Always set a take profit"
"Trade demo until you're consistent"
All based on comfort, but the market pays you for the discomfort you can endure.
How to instantly become a better trader:
Record your trading sessions and say your thoughts out loud.
You will quickly identify the areas you need to improve as well as be more self aware while trading.

Could be a very interesting day. Pre-market Trump shenanigans are opening up underneath last week's and previous trading days' value area low. Opening up in a low-volume area where we could see a big move + negative gamma.
If we see strong aggression from sellers that is rewarded, I think we could catch some nice sells. If we see any sharp movements from buyers, I want to see if they get exhausted and absorbed by sellers to possibly catch a reversal to the downside. Personally wouldn't be very interested in many longs unless we had some significant upside movement.
In their current state of mind? No.
But I believe anyone can change their reality if they are motivated enough.
That motivation must come from fear though.
You must be disgusted with your current situation so badly that you’re willing to do whatever it takes to win.
You already know everything you're supposed to do to become profitable.
Journal every trade. Walk away when you're tilted. Follow a proven strategy.
Yet, you still haven't done it for more than a week. Not because it's hard. Because it’s simple.
If you did it, and it worked, you'd have to face what that means.
Every blown account, every year you’ve wasted, it all could have been different.
That's why you don't do what you know you’re supposed to do. Your brain isn't wired for success. It's wired to protect you from pain.
The real red pill isn't some secret strategy. It's that you've been in control this whole time.
And that’s why 99% of you will read this, agree with every word, and still change nothing.
You see my post the cars but don’t let that be your only motivation…
Because trust me no car will ever hit like taking care of your people
Focus on becoming the one that makes a way for everyone and all the material stuff will come on its own
Before I got any of my cars or watches or any of that I made sure everybody was taken care of
You don't have a trading psychology problem. You have a clarity problem.
You start every trading session with a plan and 15 minutes later you're confused.
You have too many conflicting signals.
You don't know what's noise and what's valid.
This is what order flow solves. You're not guessing anymore.
You're trading based on actual data.
When things are clear it becomes easy to see who's in control of the market.
The hesitation, the moved stops, the revenge trades. All of it was downstream of one thing: you were guessing based on a pattern instead of seeing what was really happening.
The anxiety was never a defect. It was a sign that you were guessing.
You were never undisciplined. You were blind.
