From Monday 26th classes will now run on a Monday and Wednesday evening from 6pm till 7:30pm in Dores Village Hall. The Zoom class will continue to run on a Thursday as normal from 6pm till 7pm. Numbers are still limited and need to be booked in advance! 👊🥋💪

I received some lovely news the other day. I've now managed to confirm some details and I am proud to say I have been nominated to receive an Outstanding Master Award.

Well, folks...tonight is the night. We are back training in the Dojang. First class is 6pm start and then 7pm start for the 2nd class. The first class is full and all 12 spaces have been filled. There are spaces available from 7pm.
