Movement prep for hitters; Coaches what are you doing to build a great sequence of movement patterns that lead to a solid base to hit from?

Here is a portion of one the four movement prep progressions we will use this fall (3 weeks per sequence) to help our players build a great base to hit from Coach Hernandez @5TPDevelopment doing a great job this fall executing the plan

@Cdknight_27 @WagBaseball does a great job at excelling at most of what we throw at him. Good young hitter who has a bright future as a switch hitter
