@UPS_UK it would be great to get a response. My package is out for delivery and I have no way of diverting it or changing the address. What happens when they can't deliver it?

@UPS_UK I am expecting a delivery but won't be in. I want to update the delivery address to a neighbour, but even wirh using UPS My choice there is no option to do this.All it does is allow me to track the delivery and change all future deliveries. I just want to update this one!
