Just a reminder that a woman cannot go to another state and have an abortion.

She will come back to the heartbeat state and still be procecuted under the law.

Thus, making her body, property of the state....Let that sink in deep. Your body, their choice

Our future was stolen from us every time you said that ‘the sky was the limit’, and that ‘you only live once’.

New Zealand bans semiautomatic rifles less than 24 hours after the Christchurch mass shooting. Imagine: elected officials putting public safety over gun manufacturers’ profits.

Americans deserve better than lawmakers who are letting gun lobbyists write our nation’s gun laws.

I just learned this term, "toxic positivity," and it's a term I've needed all my life...

If youre angry about the college cheating scandal wait till you hear that public school budgets are determined by local property taxes and that the rich cordon themselves off into segregated municipalities to hoard resources from poor communities of color who get stuck w charters

[Cea Dempsey @CeaDempsey]

@kyliedemps10 &&now this is stuck in my head again forever.

Happy birthday Point Defiance! On this day in 1905 the federal government formally granted title of Point Defiance Park to the city of Tacoma.

Congressman Francis W. Cushman was honored in 1925 for his efforts to help make this happen with a statue near the park entrance.
