“health communism” = health is a collective responsibility, not individual, & should be treated as community care, universally, for everyone.

“health fascism” pushes individual health in order to “feed” the capitalist system, which is ironically making people physically sick, & pushes the responsibility on the weak, working class, shifting the blame away from the ruling class.

The left believes that race is socially constructed by capitalism. In order to abolish racism, they need to abolish capitalism.

Systemic racism means the SYSTEM that upholds RACISM. The SYSTEM always means CAPITALISM.
