Sadly, it's not us. We haven't been Sony's, Microsoft's or Nintendo's customers for a long while now.

Their real customers are the shareholders. The only people Sony responded to about ending physical sales. Not us.

@m_sugimori If Nintendo wants to make artifical lifespan that ensure their products stop working once support ends, then they can keep their product. I want nothing to do with it. Period.

Older products shouldn't ever be a threat to modern games.

@thedrunkendan @St1ka That's true. While the (American) video game crash occured (1983) Nintendo released the Famicom in Japan to rabid success.

Did the crash affect just the U.S. home console market or the Arcade market as well?))

@St1ka If I recall, Nintendo didn't do too well in that region. Sega did better. It was the other way around in the States with Nintendo doing better than Sega.

That briefly changed after the Genesis came out.
