You’re absolutely right: the people who stay engaged in politics are carrying the load for everyone else, including those who treat silence as some kind of virtue.

Allie Beth Stuckey puts it perfectly: politics is about people, and policies directly affect people. As Christians, we are called to care about people. That is exactly why we cannot sit on the sidelines.

The idea that we “shouldn’t mix politics and religion” is absurd.

Should we only elect atheists?
Atheism is itself a worldview, an ideology/set of beliefs that functions like a religion.
How has that experiment gone as society has grown more secular and tried to push faith out of the public square? Crime has risen. Nearly every moral indicator has declined.

Into that vacuum rushed gender ideology. Children were taught that gender is a spectrum and that the basic biological reality of male and female is not real. Many followed that path into irreversible sterilization & surgical mutilation. Progress Pride flags appeared in elected officials’ offices and were painted on our sidewalks.

We already watch Muslims and others freely bring their faith into the public square and win office. Their worldview openly seeks theocracy and Sharia law - ideas fundamentally incompatible with our Constitution and the Christian foundations of this country. Yet Christians are somehow told our faith must stay private.

Charlie Kirk often reminded us that Christians are actually called to enter the public arena and correct error with truth.

A group of boys wanted to run an experiment at our local high school.

They planned to go to the school office & request a change of pronouns.

Then they would change those pronouns every month.
Whenever a teacher used the previous ones, the boys would politely correct them and explain that their pronouns had changed.

Of course, they would gradually increase the frequency - weekly, to daily.

If the teachers could not keep up, well of course, they’re just bigots.

The point was to show how absurd the idea of gender being fluid really is.
