I understand you're upset you didn't get your code but not understanding what the issue is and arguing those who are trying to explain it to you isn't getting your code either.

As already stated, you're incorrect in who you're going after for a resolution.

If you missed an event, or used tokens on something else, you have the option to purchase later down the line. Note - not all events have this option and not all mounts are purchasable.
