Did you know that, Ghana spends just 1.4% of total gov health expenditure on mental health. The majority of people with mental health conditions in Ghana – between 85% and

District stakeholders have also committed to ensuring better social service (health & education) delivery in the districts. All these were achieved at Dialogue meetings after assessment of social service delivery in project communities under the @USAID funded GSAM project.

Citizens have presented their findings and action plans to the district level service providers. Action plans have been finalized with district stakeholders in Bosomtwe and Sekyere East districts.

Citizens will meet service providers in a community interface to address key issues identified during the monitoring and assessment and agreed on action plans for the wayforward. #GSAM #SocialAccountability with support from @USAID

Citizens in Bosomtwe and Sekyere East have commenced monitoring and assessment of service delivery using the @gheduservice, @_GHSofficial standard indicators for basic school and CHPS compounds.

Capacity strengthening of citizens in Bosomtwe and Sekyere East districts have been completed on the quality standards for ensuring quality service delivery on CHPS compounds and basic schools. Citizens will azsess these facilities in their communities using scorecards. @GSAM
