One of the guys ate a big meal and pulled his hat off to unload what he had eaten.
I might have been young back in those days but not dumb.
Anyhoo, Blackhawks are cool.
My first time in a Blackhawk was in Germany. The pilot told us to eat a big lunch before the flight. Something didnโt sound right.
I ate a light lunch.
By the time we got in the air, the pilot started flying side to side. We went up and straight down. Then way back up in the air.

For the seller, this approach provides ongoing income. It can give better returns than traditional investments.
I know some people in this situation. They're motivated to sell but don't need all the money right away.
Let's negotiate a seller financing deal. If I were the buyer, I would pay them a set amount monthly for 10 years at 3% interest. This way, they earn a steady income.
When a seller is motivated, they may not need or want all cash upfront.
Instead, seller financing can be the solution. This makes the seller the bank. You can pay over time instead of getting a mortgage. This eliminates the need for lender approval. It also opens the door to better terms.
