@strider80 I agree Alex. A modern forward looking structure is needed but I can’t be convinced the right people are in place. As you know this is the structure of most top football teams now AND it absolutely is the structure of NFL teams with the GM and player VP recruiting players 🤷‍♂️

@Bobmcphail1872 The other thing is that outside of football normal senior appointments are not done in the full glare and under scrutiny of the public. Having said that maybe we should do what American spoets do and declare the names of who is being invited for interview. There’s a thought 🤷‍♂️
