I received a card saying I was required to pay £2.50 postage as sender didn't pay. I paid it and requested redelivery. I have not received it. Contacted complaints and they said to track the item or ask sender. I have no idea who sent the item so cannot do this.

@RoyalMail Your office was the last one to handle the item. My local delivery office is only open 8til 10 and it's not possible for me to go between these hours. They don't answer the phone. I wish my money back for a parcel that doesn't exist
