I've sent my marriage certificate 1st class signed for over a week ago to the Passport office - this is an original copy & now am worried its lost - I know I can only see once it is attempted to have been delivered but I thought you aim to deliver within 1 working day @RoyalMail

@swstudentlond @IcelandFoods I am having the same problem. Online on my order it says delivered but I have nothing! Store not answering here either and can’t get hold of anyone! So frustrating and lots of £ and potentially food wasted and no idea where it is!!

@Se_Railway Get that you in the social media team might not be striking but those that are, it affects ordinary people trying to get to work and i am on way less £ than them but now having to fork out extra to try and get to work (rail replacement bus & in this weather takes too long)

@Se_Railway are there no trains into london from Welling tomorrow at all? Is this engineering works? Normally at least one route works at the weekend if so but there seems to be no trains at all and now having to plan alternate route to work.

@Se_Railway Is this new where you don’t provide any service at all all weekend? Previously at least one line would work e.g work on charing cross and cannon street route and victoria open so at least we had some way to travel. Already affected going to work by the strikes now this

@Danniim97 @IcelandFoods My mum has been given out of date mince also, this is ridiculous. Refund should be put back into account straight away but they are wanting my elderly mum to phone an 0800 number and waste more money on their mistake - sort it out @IcelandFoods

@THEDADDYFAULK @IcelandFoods Really poor - trying to help my elderly mum and being told she needs to call an 0800 number to get a refund for their mistake, so costing her more money. Not acceptable - ood products shouldn’t be received and refunds should be issued immediately

Disappointing from @devereofficial Totworth Court - boast flexible booking terms re covid but when we had to cancel due to positive covid tests today for our stay tomorrow - told too late for refund as it was after 2pm (it was 5pm not that the below info on website states this)
