JUST IN: $LAB is crashing to $2.86

Following ZachXBT’s second direct call-out yesterday, this controversial project has officially seen its value cut in half.

$LAB plummeted to a multi-day low of $2.86. However, on-chain data shows no significant profit-taking from major whale wallets yet. Unlike previous 'pump and dump' cases, we aren't seeing a massive influx of exchange deposits.

Avoid FOMO shorting at these levels. The lack of mass exits suggests the floor might not be as thin as it looks

Over $2B from Aave and other DeFi protocols using rsETH is rotating into Spark, but is this capital flow truly sustainable?

Following the $292M KelpDAO exploit at the hands of the Lazarus Group, Aave, KelpDAO, and LayerZero have suffered an unprecedented loss of credibility. Consequently, capital fled these platforms and was quickly absorbed by Spark, with the Spark: PSM (0x160) address alone sucking in over $1B in a single day.

=> The price of $SPK saw a staggering +150% surge within 24 hours.

However, the 'DeFi United' movement played perfectly into Spark’s hands, allowing it to reap the benefits of the recovery efforts led by Aave, with additional support from Lido Finance, https://t.co/Y8VqcHROfK, and others.

Since then, $SPK has entered a sharp correction, dropping over 30% from its recent local top. This suggests that the rally for Spark's governance token was driven more by speculation than by a sustainable, long-term trend.

SHOCKING NEWS: Someone just minted 1 billion $DOT out of thin air and dumped all of it. Price crashed from $1.22 to near zero in minutes

The attack hit the Hyperbridge cross-chain gateway contract on Ethereum. The attacker forged messages to seize governance control over the $DOT token contract, then minted 1 billion tokens and sold everything immediately.

Here's the twist: after crashing the price of an entire asset and minting a billion tokens, the attacker walked away with roughly $237,000. The sell was so large relative to available liquidity that most of the minted supply was worthless before it could be converted.

This targeted bridge uses $DOT on Ethereum - not the native Polkadot chain. No official response from Polkadot yet. Still unfolding.

A billion-token exploit that nets $237K is either the worst-planned attack in DeFi history or a very expensive lesson in liquidity
