A real job-search strategy has:
•direction
•targeting
•tracking
•tailoring
•recruiter visibility
•review points

If your search is random, your results usually will be too.

Strong CVs are written like positioning documents.
One tells people what you’ve done.
The other makes it obvious why you fit the role.

Decent little cash yesterday on @PokerStars disappointed with result. Should have won or at least made final 2 I joined ft with a healthy chip lead.

Oh well shouldn't complain but I think like most poker players if it isn't a win it isn't good enough 😂
