@ImagineCruising first experience of Cruising is going badly. It seems tickets etc is all done through the app said customer service. But the app is just not fit for purpose. 7 days to go & can’t access tickets, don’t know what time we sail or where from. Very stressful.

@HSBCUKBusiness can you help me! Applied for Bounce Back via feeder acc in JULY. Many chase up calls told early Sept had to do another Credit Check as been so long. Since, I’ve chased many times. The only info I’ve ever got was through my own calls. Now I can’t even do that!
