@NOWHelpTeam I received such an email in February and got charged again via PayPal. I have now cancelled my PayPal and needed to re-cancel my March subscription. Ideally, I’d like my Feb subscription money back, please, as I no longer use the service and initially cancelled a few weeks ago.
