A1. The TOK guide and the knowledge questions in it are like treasure box for teachers. Familiarization with them will be of great help in integrating TOK thinking in subject content.
@cbeaverford A5: Implement thinking routines in the class to help students find what they need and build their own learning autonomy in second language acquisition. #IBECchat#NTNUCPD
@diskon4no A3: Set reachable goals, plan feasible strategies for execution, walk with our students through their learning process, help them gain their learning success and achievement. Self-realization is the greatest reward and motivation reinforcement. #IBECchat#NTNUCPD

Three things I learned from today's #NTNUCPD:
1. Set clear and feasible goals for our PLC.
2. Identify the key ideas of our goals and transfer them to success criteria.
3. As a process observer, I learned to monitor the process and progress of our PLC group discussion.
