Friday, #FDNY Fire Marshals made their first arrest under NYC Local Law 39. The law prohibits the sale, lease, rental, or distribution of powered micro-mobility devices like e-bikes, e-scooters, & batteries unless they have been certified by an accredited testing laboratory.
