In India most people think Wi-Fi 6 = Wi-Fi 6E (totally different!). Wi-Fi 7 is NOT always better, it can work on 6 GHz (160/320 MHz) but also at 5 GHz.
Key points: MLO bonding + bandwidth (160 MHz vs 320 MHz).
