For instance, most biologics will have been manufactured and ready for distribution but won't be on-site until ordered and patient ready for administration. Availability for use is the key... and consistency.
Autolus have improve consistent in this regard

Interesting talk from Dr Juliana Dias from the CCGTT @RoyalFreeNHS . Manufacturing over clinical 100 batches of allo and autologous CAR-Ts for early phase clinical trials mostly from @uclcancer led research, some collaborating with Autolus.
Vein to QP certification <20days

@JimWatsonPF @RoyalFreeNHS @uclcancer Within a month most likely. From previous Autolus data they defined vein to delivery time as it is what is controllable from the company / manufacturing side so it is ready at clinical site.
That last bit for patient administration is often variable/uncontrollable due to patient
