Last day of 38: I’m drinking a cup of coffee, watching Sex & the City, writing, and thinking about year 39.
I think year 39 is going to be the year I fully immerse myself intellectually into whiskey and wine. And maybe rum. And brandy.
Move over, beer.
When decision makers and higher ups in American beer care as much for the people producing, packaging, selling, and serving as they do for the beer in the glass.
@WIbeerbaron What will it take for America to adopt a draught beer approach (clean lines, proper beer clean glass, proper pour) like other parts of the world?
@MaltBackbone No doubt!! But I truly discourage the “market support might help” approach.
Obviously yes, but there is so much more that goes into it.
Beer is wild, man.
I’ve always been a sucker for a lime lager — #NiteSpryte forever, amiright??!
Watch out, Dan — you may get the phone call for my next #draftqueen column. I keep meaning to do one on lime beer.
Have you tried the @cruzblancabeer Chelada Tropical Lager? It’s SO perfect.
You know why I loved The Bear? Because it showed that even after the pandemic, it is still possible to both love, and love being in, the bar and restaurant industry. #thebear#hospitality#forlife#everysecondcounts
